Well this is the ongoing topic of so many blogs, thought I'd give my take.
 I've been trying to make some money via the web for about 2 years now. I use or have used survey sites, adsense, traffic referal sites, ptc,  independent ad companies, social networks and ebay.
 So far I've not made enough money even to replace my mouse =/
 So what am I doing wrong? I dunno, I guess I haven't tried everything out there yet (there are still article writing sites and others to explore). But the thing that gets me is that it is possible to earn some decent money on  line but there are so many scams and opps that pay less than 1p an hour that it's almost impossible to find the legit ones. Ah well :)
Any tips would be cool :)

So I found this social site that pays you to use it called Sidetick. Seeing as I'm always looking for ways to earn an extra few pence here and there on the net I thought I would share this one as they are pretty good !  I've just got back from a few days away, camping in the New Forest, a national park here in the UK. Took in a castle, Roman ruin, beaches and a whole lot of trees!

So it's 6:26 am, a time of day I don't see that often. Been up all night, watching Bill Hicks, Dylan Moran and Richard Pryor stand up and having some beers. Although I'm alone right now I pretty much feel great! Listening to Bobby Dylan on the hphones and sipping a chilly beer... And I can still type, result ;)
  This picture is in Wendover woods near to me. I had to stop to snap those roots, greedy tree, it's taking what it needs ;)

I just checked and I've not updated this blog for ages, oops... I have been so busy with 101 things; guitar making  
mostly but other stuff too. Been to a wedding in London with a fantastic reception on a cruse up the Thames, very cool stuff! Now I got to try and think of something to put on here, ummm hmm.. .
  Saw a funny film the other night, Mary and Max. It's an old fashioned stop-motion animation, excellently done. I never usually like any kind of animated film but this one is damn funny and a really cool story. If you are bored and fancy something pretty refreshing I'd recommend :]

So I've been busy in the shed over the last month, and I now have a bit of wood that looks abit like a guitar body, yay ! Granted I spent most of that time putting up shelves and making a workbench and other stuff to make the shed more workshoppy, but I do have a little progress !

Ok, I know it's in badish tatse but I can't help laughing !

So I was flicking through this woman's magazine, like you do when there is absolutely nothing else to read and saw this story about a woman who has a life long love for a London bus. She has  a collection of little model buses and related things and visits the London transport museum once a week to visit her, um, lover. I'm thinking the whole time that this is surely a wind up, but no. Its completely for real... 
Made me think a couple of things; First that this magazine was exploiting a woman with a severe mental illness, and second 
WTF ? ? ? ? ? ?


And I thought that after a good amount of years sifting through random things on the internet that nothing could surprise me. I was wrong !


 Sooo, what's the strangest thing you have fallen in love with? 
I'd honestly be really interested to find out :-)

Ok a little experiment. I am for the best part always skint. That is I virtually never have any spare cash past about 5-10 pounds. Its always accounted for. Buying something new or going out is a 2 months+ planning and saving exercise. Its not like I dont eat or anything, theres no real sob story. Its just I never do anything ! Cant afford it :/ So after reading a few things around the web I'll give this a go and ask on the internets to help!

So i've done something a little silly... See I ordered a new graphics card for my computer and its being delivered tomorrow morning, early'o'clock tomorrow morning. Its currently 2am ish here and I gotta stay up to take the thing. I just dont function with alarms, and i dont stand a chance of getting up in time if I go to bed now.
 So im clock watching for the next six or so hours,
tum ti tum! la la, yeah bored already !

I've never understood the compulsion some people have to move their bodies to music.It just doesn't light any bulbs inside me... In fact I wouls go as far as to say that when I see people dancing they appear, well, less than 'ok' to me. Its like they're all being hypnotised by some seedy stage show magician intent on robbing them of dignity.
 'Stop that!' I'd love to say. 'Cant you see what you all look like?!' but I know it wouldn't help. They're already lost to this foolish urge to bob about like turkeys dodging bullets.
 I dont want to offend anyone, I firmly believe that where some things are right for some people those same things are utter pants to the next person and neither are right. It's up to the individual. I just felt the urge to blab about how I feel on the subject...If you are a dancer and you enjoy it then good for you :-) 
(even if you look like a hallucinating gibbon ;p) !
